You can pay for services using cash, check or credit card at the time of service. Most of the time Health Savings Account (HSA) cards work, but occasionally they are rejected from PayPal; if this happens please pay by cash, check or use another credit card, and contact your HSA to inquire about how to seek reimbursement (I will provide a receipt upon request). For your convenience, I have also arranged for you to be able to make secure online payments in advance using Venmo or PayPal.
The easiest way to make an online payment is by using Venmo. An added benefit is that if you link your Venmo account to a bank account instead of a credit card, there are no service fees. My Venmo ID is @Michael-Heitt (or you can use my cell phone number to search for me). If you’ve never used Venmo before, it’s quite easy to get started. If you prefer, I can text you a “payment request,” and then you’ll be prompted to set up an account, verify that the linked bank account actually belongs to you (Venmo will make two deposits into your account of just a few cents each and then ask you to verify each amount), and then complete the payment.
You can also pay using PayPal by clicking on the button below and entering the desired professional services fee amount on the next screen. Please add a 3.5% service fee when using PayPal. To do this you simply multiply the fee amount by 1.035 (e.g., if you are paying a $200 intake fee, you would enter $207.00, or if you are paying a $450 consultation fee, you would enter $465.75).
